For anyone who is a true beer lover, The Fairmont Copley Plaza has partnered with Samuel Adams to offer an exclusive behind the scenes brewery experience.

- Overnight accommodations
- A private "behind-the-scene" brewery tour
- A three-course beer pairing dinner prepared by Chef Stefan Jarausch in the Oak Room with a Samuel Adams beer
- An in-room Samuel Adams “Bucket of Cheer” Amenity including a collection of Samuel Adams Boston Lager Pint Glasses and apparel.
Guests will take a private tour of the brewery to learn about how beer is made. Following the tour, a brewer will conduct a private tasting of Samuel Adams Boston Lager and limited editions brews, including Utopias, and other experimental beer varieties in the brewery's barrel room. |
